newbie screening.

I'm slighty new to the hobby and have not been with an escort. All I have been to are rub and tug girls and some spas. I am weary and have not been with an escort because all the good looking ones require a screening, and some of the newbie friendly ones are not what I am looking for.

So I know the process is "send name and number of 2+ providers" blah blah blah but I can't send any. (I almost see it as a "You can't get a job without experience but you can't get experience without a job" type deal)

so if anyone can tell me your screening process for a new guy (if you see new guys at all) I will greatly apperciate it.

And if some of that stuff is not appropriate in the forums I will definately read PMs.

Some times you have to make a sacrifice to get to where you want. So if a provider is newbie friendly but not what you are looking for, you should see her and use her as a possible reference. To go off your work analogy. Its like an intern. No one wants to work for free but its part of the school curriculum or its going to get you to the next step then you just suck it up and do it.
