When you can Simone, draw yourself a nice warm bath, grab your fav adult beverage, and slip into that tub (long pause if I may, as I picture this)...ahem. And just when you're done, just let those worries or problems slide off you like the water and go down the drain.

a warm bubble bath is always a stress reliever..and throw in some of my collection of rubber duckies!!! I have over 15!! I even have an Albert Einstein duck!
