I literally can't eat anything...What in Carb-nation is going on???

Welp, before I starve to death, I just wanted to say that you guys are awesome and I love this site.

In case of the slim chance that I survive *sarcasm*... I'd like to know if anyone else experienced this??? Every plate of food that I try to eat ends up smelling like crap. Shrimp smells like rotten fish, pizza smells like diapers, and BBQ makes my stomach erupt in anger from the stench of lake water. All of these are my FAVORITE foods...I'm not sure why on earth my sense of smell is all screwed up right now. Has anyone else experienced something cruel and unusual like this before? It's been a whole two days and I'm binging on liquids! A curvy girl should not be able to visibly see her ribs...ugh.

I'm so late on this thread, but I went to my doctor's office and found out it was a "lack of potassium". Not sure how that happened or how it correlates to constant nausea, but good thing it was minor... Hasn't occurred again since I switched up my diet

So you need to eat more bananas.

And avocados are deliciously versatile. They actually have the daily allowance of just about every micro-nutrient (vitamin) that a person needs.
