Providers and hobbyists, from your point of view, what did he do to get caught?

He showed up. That's all it takes to get arrested.
Well he asked for head then handed her money. That's about as clear cut as it gets. Also, he didn't run fast enough...that helped them catch him too

He used backpage.
If he has ANY doubt that she wasn't a provider don't mention anything illegal. Ask her for something that would be legal to do for money like I would love to see you model naked.
What UC female is gonna get naked on camera in front of her co-workers? I guess it could happen but it's not very likely. Even if she did get naked do you really need to mention that you want head?
Who doesn't? Just get naked and lay down on the bed. A real provider knows what to do. Why would you need to mention anything? You paid her...she knows what to do.
You might still get arrested but you'd have a much better chance of beating the charge.

Oh and THANK GOD they got that hardened criminal off the street. I know that was a wise use of resources with their team of 6 or 7 officers.

It's just fucking ridiculous
1. That it's illegal to pay somebody for something they just as easily could have given away.
2. That's it's illegal what goes on between two consenting adults.
3. That they actually take somebody to jail for that.
4. That he'll have to pay however much for lawyers, court costs, job loss, etc...
5. That he'll clog up the court system for something that shouldn't even be illegal.

Stepping down off my soapbox now.

I think the guy looked like he'd never hired an escort before. He probably did no screening whatsoever. I remember when I had my first BP provider, I did extensive research. She was even interested in my research methods.

I kind of felt bad for the guy that's why I refuse to do incalls to anyone unless they are verified

I bet if the police officer told him we will let you go free, no jail and you won't have to go to court under the conditions that you go home and tell your wife what happened and tell your congregation- bet he wouldn't have honored the deal.

Buncha BULLSHIT!!

Two acts that are not illegal combined should never be iLLEGAL together.

A woman is perfectly within her rights to give consensual sex to anyone of legal age, who also consents.

Any man is perfectly within his rights to give away tender that is earned through legal means (his money).

I don't know why any good lawyer wouldn't eat this up in a case.

I have to say that when I started in this hobby I had no idea about back page or even eccie. I hired someone to get me "started online". Well, I was put on bp. In November I went to houston 2 and 1/2 weeks into it and i got caught in a sting. First few hours I was there. They were looking for underage girls and drugs. They seemed disappointed when they found neither one. It has cost me over a couple thousand dollars. The sad thing is they have no real evidence. They "claim" the batteries died in their recording equipment. It's still something that is not settled. I was thinking the same fucking thing: I guess Houston is a safer place tonight since they got me off the street! But I said nothing when the undercover started counting money loudly! The only thing they heard was this moron breaking the law to get me to break the law. How does that even make sense? They had like 6 officers bust in my room. And then turn on my tv and watch football while the one typed his report on his laptop asking me if I was sure I had never been in trouble.
