I have been using google image search, mostly because I have had little luck with tineye, but I am hoping some here can answer this question for me. When the search identifies a pic and matches it to a site, (like stg) if the "hit" does not have a date on it, does that mean it is "current"??? I have been finding multiple hits for stg in multiple cities, but there is not a date on MOST of the hits. Is there a way to determine the date of those postings???

The only way to find out is if you search the URL manually or check the cache (like the above image shows). I think anyways. Could be wrong.
EDIT: I'm not sure how an old deleted ad looks in google cache. Still should work the same way to at least show when google cached it. Might give an idea on the time-frame. A manual url lookup should reveal the indexing date. Sometimes sites will update pages and google will index the new update with its new corresponding update date.
