Did anybody go to Chicas Locas grand opening in Harlingen? It's at the Old Jaguars building at 14286 W. Expy 83. Harlingen, TX 78552. From what I've read it seems to be a topless gentlemen's bar and grill restaurant.

Theyre only topless when theyre up on stage and when you take them to the private section. The bar does not have a kitchen yet so they only serve drinks for now.

This sounds like a topless Ojo Locos. Is that what they'll be? Or just a strip club that sells food?
Years ago, in San Antonio, there were a couple of local restaurants where the girls wore bra/panties or lingerie. It was a lot hotter than what they wear at Hooters. One of them also gave out lap dances when they had the time.
