Site Emails

For over a month now I've not received any emails for notifications for threads I am subscribed to, or private messages

We have looked at your account and everything seems fine on this end.
Very possible that your email provider is blocking incoming emails from Eccie.
We tend to not see any issues with Gmail, Yahoo and Proton.
Thanks for the assistance. I've determined this is almost certainly going to be an issue with my email host blocking emails from websupport@eccie.net


Until they can fix it (I've submitted a ticket) I'll continue to use this other email address


Once they fix it, would you be OK if I sent you a PM to change my account over and test? Alternatively I could create another account on eccie to see if I receive emails from it, but I understand if you do not wish for someone to have a second account, even if for testing

We received your request via web support and have made the requested changes.

No sir, please don't create a second account.

I will send you a test fire pm to see if you get an email notification.
Understood.

When I hear back from my host I'll reach out to you to change my email back from protonmail to my hosted-one, that is when we need to test it. It may be a couple of weeks from me to hear back from them (if at all), but if not, the protonmail address works.
