Nothing to it.

The key is that the jpg needs to be already on the web or you need to upload it to a free hosting service . . . there are a lot of them out there but some will delete photos they consider too "adult." VillagePhotos and ImageCoast are two that seem to be more liberal than the popular PhotoBucket . . .

Fapomatic is also adult image friendly.
