hobby VS better pick up skills

The readership in the ECCIE community includes quite a few people some of whom surely have passing familiarity with fairly established trainings where men are taught how to pick up women. now the choice has been: spend $600 for 2 hours for a very HOT provider for just 1 appt VS spending approx 2x that to learn the basics of very effective pick up skills.

what are some of the reasons why some of the men are still spending big $$$ for providers when they could invest some time and learn how to effectively pick up woman?

(no I have no relationship with any of the training sources teaching pu)

1)it cant be a time issue-the amount of time spent by some men hobbying in a year far exceeds the amount of time spent either in training or practicing said skills once out of training

2)there's no way it can be a $$$ issue. tuition for some of the PU training is far less expensive than hobbying.

The hobby is more efficient and I get exactly what I want for the most part. Relationships aren't free. Even a one night stand takes putting in time and effort at the very least. Sometimes it's just about satisfying an urge. Why make it complicated.

Its definitely more to the point and long term cheaper to get a provider. My last two gf's have costs more to wine and dine than did providers who actually were to the point. Providers are also much cheaper than strippers at upscale clubs as well. Its just like going to the grocery store versus having a garden in the back yard and growing your own organic crops.

Alot of hobbyiest have partners but sometimes its just more entertaining and fun to try new things like a buffett.

of course, a guy with average pu skills possibly will take several dates before sleeping with a lady. and if he's thinks the only way to get her into bed is to spend lots of $$$$ wining and dining her, then yes it will be pricey

yet and this was what I was actually trying to compare, there are guys whom have above average and in may case exceptional pu skills who can and do sleep with a woman the same night or 2nd time together with the lady with minimal outlay of cash. very little wining and dining. does it time and practice to build up such a skill set? of course it does.

to the poster that raised the fact that a professional doesnt stand you up, you need only read through this forum's sections in 1 weeks time to read a review where a provider stood someone up. it happens.

Picking up women is an art, kind of like fingerpainting. Pretty easy to master. But if one is lucky enough to rise to a level of financial security where time is more valuable to you than money, it is just a better investment to hobby.

It is no secret that Busty Amy is pissed at me beyond belief. She acts like a woman scorned because I prefer spending time and money with her ex-friend and proclaimed (by her) enemy to spending time and money with her.

Imagine what I would have to endure if BA really was my ex-girlfriend...if she knew my personal real life info... Would she show up at my workplace? Home? Favorite bar? Favorite restaurant? Favorite gym?

Many an ex-girlfriend would if she felt scorned...or if she was just bat shit crazy...or if she wanted the financial security your bank account brings...or she had mental issues...or if she had PMS on a regular basis...or if she was a dunt (thanks for the vocabulary word cb)...or if it was a fullmoon on a Tuesday...or if just about anything...

Let's just leave it at hobbying is cheaper and easier...much more so in most, if not all, cases.

Just pay a bitch. Less trouble and you never have to do stupid shit like go antiqueing on Sunday afternoon when the game is on.

It isn't that I don't posses pick up skill, it is that I simply don't have the time. I pay for convenience and discretion.

Develop an "I-don't-give-a-shit" attitude, not in a disrespectful way, but in a genuine, non-aggressive, passive sort of away, which gives off vibes and endorphins that transmit you are "safe," and you will find that ladies will respond in a positive, if not aggressive, approach to seek a closer and more intimate level of a relationship with you ... and it obviously doesn't hurt to keep yourself in reasonably decent physical condition and clean.

That can't be doing it to put food on the table, but to have a photo and a wall hanging. I call it "Dear Season" for a good reason.

In today's target rich environment if one has to "improve" one's "pickup skills," then one might want to resign oneself to sticking with hobbying ... in the short run its a little more expesive, but in the long run it's dirt cheap.

It's doable. I know that for a fact. But I would say that 28 to 35 is much easier.

Here is a tip. On a Wdnesday, go out to places where 28 to 35 year old singles hang out. You will see the ladies start to thin out considerably between 9:30 and 11:00. That's newly single Mom's going home because dinner with Dad night is over. Within a few months dinner with Dad night turns into sleepover with Dad night, and newly single Mom turns into a Wednesday night and every other weekend slut.

That works, but it requires an investment of both time and money. And she may turn into a bunny boiler in the end. Hobbying is just easier, more convenient and at least no more expensive than chasing amatures.

Many years ago a reporter wrote a story about dating vs hookers
He spent six months dating and kept track of exactly how much he spent and how much pussy he got.
The next six moths he used an escort service when he wanted to get laid.
His reults were that he spent a lot less in both time and money hiring escorts than dating.

Another downside to civilian dating is the transmission of STDs. Professional women cannot afford to transmit STDs while the majority of civilians are clueless when it comes to that aspect of their sexual relationships.

I could go on and on about the pros and cons but suffice it to say if you are attached the hobby is the only way to go.
