I see the review but not under me?

The staff is here on a voluntary basis and may not be online at all times. Please be patient with us as it may sometimes take a few days for us to get to things but rest assured we work as fast as we can. The Houston staff usually tries to handle things withing 24-48hrs however sometimes real world gets a hold of us.
