Edit Submitted Encounter?

How can I edit an encounter report after submitted?

I've gone into the thread and don't see an option to make changes.

After a period of time all posts lock down. If you wish to edit a review, pm the mod that evaluated it and include what you wish the additions/edits to be. Only that mod can reconsider, after edit adds, if PA might be issued.
