AirBnB, Hotel, Or Don't Care

I don't have a permanent Play Pen, so I'm considering booking an Airbnb for my next home visit. Would anyone have a problem with visiting a home instead of a hotel? Or do you not care where it is as long as it's safe and discreet?

Thank you for your time and input!

As long as it’s safe and discreet, I’m good.
Same. As long as the home is safe and discreet, I don’t care. Two caveats: 1.) I’ve gone to one AirBNB that faced a fairly busy street, and that made me nervous (I don’t want anyone to see me or my vehicle somewhere it shouldn’t be). 2.) Some AirBNB owners have ring doorbells, and that would make me pretty nervous, too.

I like BnB action. The busy street would bother me, but just a little bit. The Ring, only a little as well. The problem with the ring is that you don'tknow it is there until you see it, and it has seen You!

I actually prefer airbnb for the most part. No lobbies to get thru, or hallways to walk down while tapping at a door trying to be discreet.
It doesn’t matter to me as long as there is plenty of room for your swing.

Thank you all for your input. I am sorry I haven't responded Sooner. I was in Canada for the past couple of weeks. I just got back to the States today. I am pooped, and man, that jet lag is no joke.

I am going to take a week off to recoup, and then I will be back in the West from Dec. 2nd to 7th.

Have a Beautiful Weekend!

Oh, and to the comment about the doorbell ring camera, most don't even check it. I have stayed at some in the Dallas area and told the person the housekeepers were outside knocking on the door, and they acted like it was news to them. Okay, so if you have a doorbell ring camera, do you not see it? Haha. So it goes to show they aren't always on the cameras looking. It is more for "IF" something happens, they can go back and check. And I am the type of person that always has 007 directions to get you to me. I would rather no one see you either. Your discretion and safety are a top priority to me. That might be why I have been around for as long as I have been.

I would think the only issue for me would be the cameras outside and whether they disclose if they have cameras inside in the common areas. Other than those issues I prefer AirBNB but have found hotels to be slightly more economical when touring.
