Insane for Train to railroad Zeppelin II ?

Everyone has the right to have their own musical taste, and musical artist have the right to convey their talents. However when Train thought it would be a good idea to infringe on one of the best rock and rolls greatest art work to date, they might as well have re authored the "New Testamate". I personally will be boycotting their idea to generate new revenue even if it goes to charity and hope they go back to their own work as artists. You know like top 40 crap that will never be remembered in a few years. The interesting thing is I never recalled Led Zeppelin paying tribute to any other earlier band with a cover album, obviously John Bonham had more respect, perhaps today's artists are just not as original. Your thought are indeed welcome for I gotta a whole lotta of love.

Be interesting to hear what Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones have to say about this.

Kind of reminds me of one one of my favorite bands, Duran Duran, getting blasted, a few years ago, for covering Lou Reed's Perfect Day and Public Enemy's 911 Is A Joke. Didn't care for their version of 911, but Perfect Day is fantastic and Lou Reed said he liked their version.

I know Train has a couple of good songs, but I'm actually intrigued by this. It's an interesting concept. Give them a chance. Let's see what they can do.
