I was watching some old DVR'd burn notice and decided to make some soft pretzels. While I was making the dough I started to think about bacon, and cheese. So I used some mozzarella cheese and apple wood smoked bacon to stuff the pretzels. A light salting out of the oven, after brushing them with butter and I'll be damned, they're fucking delicious.
The only down side is all I have to drink with them is GJ and Coke. I'd rather have a dark ale I think.
