I don't do fried foods as a rule (however) once The State Fair hits the calendar, I indulge.....it's a "Texas-thing", right?

Can't pass up Fletcher's Jalapeno&CheddarCheeseCornDog with an iced cold Shiner Bock (and I'll do that combination several times). Damn, I can't wait!

(Okay....I lied about not "doing fried food".....Torchy's Fried Avocado Taco is the bomb. And I'll do 3 or 4 of those a year. Yum!)
