ladies: standing bj or lying down?

personally i don't like lying down and receiving it, unless it's in 69. whereas standing up and receiving it can really do it for me. the former is tame and almost always awkward, especially if i'm completely naked. just doesn't seem very natural. the latter is more pornographic in nature, i have more control, among other things.

i get the distinct sense, however, that many if not most don't like giving it while a guy is standing, and that perhaps something about it can be offensive.

is this just my imagination or is there something real to it?
