It was probably the house that had the red "massage" neon sign. LE came in and did the usual inspection shit and discover that they lacked a massage license. Whoever put that neon sign was stupid as fuck. If clients were having a tough time finding the place especially in the evenings, all they had to do was turn on the front light and hang a pink or colored potted plant. Cops wouldn't have suspected a thing.
