I use know bomb makers everything propane bottles to pipe bombs. It seem most people do Mass shooting, why no more bombs. Most bombs are home made so easy to get. Are doing any thing to get rid mass shooting band brig back bombing.

Bombs are not personal. Looking at someone as you end their life is very personal and, in my opinion, gives these bastards something that they don't have in life...a feeling of power.
The bombers of the left in the 1960s, were pursuing a political solution with terrorism. In most cases, it was not personal. They wanted to get in, hurt people, and get out in one piece. Also, a sophisticated bomb could hoist you on your own petard.
