I notice people asking questions about how to use the site, maybe a FAQ section where the most common questions are answered, make it so no one can reply or add anything, just read only, just a question followed by the answer. this will make it alot easier for someone having to ask the same questions over and over in tech support. or having to search the threads, from what I can tell 10 -20 tops in the FAQ would resolve most of the site how to questions.
