From 1980 up until the 2016 election, there were 35 bellwether counties. Clinton got 16 of the 35. That's why there were 19 left for the 2020 election.
Now there is one for 2024.
Trump claimed the 2016 election was rigged....until he found out he won. No one said anything about Clinton getting almost half the bellwether counties.
Who gave a shit? It doesn't mean anything. It's a small sample (19 out of @3000).
It also shows those counties voted for Obama, twice. And Clinton twice.
So party, left, or right doesn't matter to them. They are 19 counties that happened to go to the winner of the presidential election. Regardless of party.
I hope you can see how "bellwether" counties have absolutely nothing to do with determining who won the presidency. Anybody who claims this stat is any kind of proof of election fraud is wrong. How can it be?
