Any personal experiences with the paranormal?
Given that sexual energies seem to attract
various entities: and most everyone here is
hypercharged in that respect. Somebody here
has seen something they can't explain or
didn't want to accept.

This isn't fishing. It'll be quid pro quo.
Anonymity on the hobbiest part is fairly safe.
I have had some incidents that trouble
me to this day.

But who first?
Who has seen a demon?

Sheesh, it's either politics or sex huh nothing else?
Well not me, variety is some kind of spice.

I was 16, I was asleep 2-3 in the morning when
a rattling sound woke me up. I craned my head
up in the direction of the noise. To my startled
eyes I saw what looked like light pouring out
from around the closet door. I was thinking
whoa what the hell is going on. I started to
get up when this thing flew out and landed
on my chest knocking me back down into bed.
It proceeded to shriek in my face all
damn night long. I could close my eyes but
it sat on me howling in all the fury it could
muster. As odd was what sounded like
some huge V8 engine just revving the hell
out of it just outside my window.
Come the crack of dawn just as the first
rays shone through it jumped off and left.
Closet door open.

Spooked to say the least. Bothered that
no one heard anything. Went to school
exhausted. Got in a fight as a result
of being shorter tempered than usual.
Sitting in the library for detention I
skimmed through books killing time.
Came across on book on occult imagery.
Flipped open to a random page.
My blood chilled.
16th century woodcut of a banshee.
The exact same bitch that tormented me.
Clearly she had tormented someone
else long before me.

That was not the first or last of my
experience with discorporal entities.
The corporal entities are absolute nightmares.

October ain't over yet.

It was 1992-4 I forget exactly.
A friend of mine's aunt had died.
She had more or less raised him
So they were very close.
He had been out of circulation
with funeral and family business.

We threw him a party to bring his spirits up.
All was going well till a little after
midnight his 5 yo son came flying
out of his room bawling and practically
shitting over himself.
The boy was in abject terror.
After we calmed him down we
asked what was the matter?

Coming unwound he looked at his dad
and said "Annie wants her eyes back,
she needs them, where are they?"

My Bud turned a pale green as did
his woman. She took the boy to their bedroom
to sleep, my Bud was very quiet.

I asked what's the deal?
His voice was shaking as was he.
Her corneas had been donated.
No one knew of that.
It was between him and the funeral director.
Not even the wife knew.
Didn't think it was a big deal.
Almost forgot about it.
Until.......

Our golden lab died over 8 years ago.
She was a loyal and attentive dog.
She died peacefully in her dogbed
surrounded by those she loved.

Every once in awhile.
Late at night we feel her jump
into the bed and nuzzle down between us.
Even rarer, when I'm sleeping she'll
nuzzle her 'nose' into my hair
like she did when she was a pup.

Ghost dog.
If only she would chase off the poltergeist.
Ugh, what if the geist is imitating her.
No, different vibe.
Still....

(Fortunately, I've not run into any scary situations with the paranormal. Knock on wood.
So unfortunately, no story to contribute.)

Dunno abnormal is pretty scary.

anaximander, seems you've had multiple experiences. I hope I never have a close encounter with a demon, ghost or the like.
