One must be careful WHEREVER you hobby....It is NOLA as a whole not just the E. There are actually good places in the E. but we get lumped together with the bad spots....
So when a Guy goes to hobby he should check out the person he is going to see as well as the location he is going.
PS. Stay off Chef Hwy. Everyone knows it is a bad area...Yet some Gent's are risktakers and daredevils and think they have 9 lives.
