She can raise two billion dollars and she is (according to the left and media) the undisputed champion of all things democrat so why does she have to announce now. 2. She can get all this "bad news" out of the way .. it will be "old news" soon.
3. She's slightly ahead in the polls ... see #'s 1 and 2, above.
4. She needs to get "local" workers signed up and on board.

6. She needs to start work on the independents.
