How to Cure Lower Back Pain

By going ahead with your appointment 90 miles away!

I started the day with a lower back pain and was worried whether to keep that long-awaited appointment with a favorite lady 90 miles away. Since I hate to cancel, I went ahead with it. My reward was an excellent session - and the vanishing back pain.

It is not a scientific study, but my guess is that my ailing back benefited from the vigorous workout with the lady, the soothing massage she gave me, and the fact that I was able to to have a 3-hour heat treatment during the round-trip drive by setting the heated seat in my car to "High".

Now, can I submit a health insurance claim for this exoense?
