I go mugged the other day and I sent this email to the mugger.

To the Guy Who Tried to Mug Me in downtown Houston night before last.

I was the guy wearing the black Burberry jacket that you demanded that I hand over, shortly after you pulled the knife on me and my wife, threatening our lives. You also asked for my wife's purse and earrings. I can only hope that you somehow receive this email.

First, I'd like to apologize for your embarrassment; I didn't expect you to actually crap in your pants when I drew my pistol after you took my jacket.. The evening was not that cold, and I was wearing the jacket for a reason.. My wife had just bought me that Kimber Model 1911 .45 ACP pistol for my birthday, and we had picked up a shoulder holster for it that very evening. Obviously you agree that it is a very intimidating weapon when pointed at your head ... isn't it?!

I know it probably wasn't fun walking back to wherever you'd come from with that brown sludge in your pants. I'm sure it was even worse walking bare-footed since I made you leave your shoes, cell phone, and wallet (with your email address) with me. That prevented you from calling or running to your buddies to come help mug us again.

After I called your mother or "Momma" as you had her listed in your cell, I explained the entire episode of what you'd done. Then I went and filled up my gas tank as well as those of four other people in the gas station, -- on your credit card. The guy with the big motor home took 150 gallons and was extremely grateful!

I gave your shoes to a homeless guy outside the Toyota Center, along with all the cash in your wallet. That made his day!

I then threw your wallet into the big pink "pimp mobile" that was parked at the curb .... after I broke the windshield and side window and keyed the entire driver's side of the car.

Later, I called a bunch of phone sex numbers from your cell phone. Ma Bell just now shut down the line, although I only used the phone for a little over a day now, so what 's going on with that? Earlier, I managed to get in two threatening phone calls to the DA's office and one to the FBI, while mentioning President Obama as my possible target.

The FBI guy seemed really intense and we had a nice long chat (I guess while he traced your number etc.).

In a way, perhaps I should apologize for not killing you ... but I feel this type of retribution is a far more appropriate punishment for your threatened crime. I wish you well as you try to sort through some of these rather immediate pressing issues, and can only hope that you have the opportunity to reflect upon, and perhaps reconsider, the career path you've chosen to pursue in life.. Remember, next time you might not be so lucky. Have a good day!

Thoughtfully yours,
Your newest buddy,
Dear John.

I saw this on another site and got a good laugh.

Now that was funny and clever, plus it wasn't started by sofia, which means we need to give it a little bumping.

Unless you have a Concealed Carry permit, you are in bigger trouble than the mugger, but then again you robbed him at gunpoint (Armed robbery), used his credit cards and cell phone (Theft by Fraud) and sent him a email which boils down to Stalking. You better hope he isn't gay.. or you will have committed a hate crime.

Now about that brown sludge, if they don't nail you with criminal charges, his lawyer will file civil charges against you for his mental anguish and suffering. If walking home with brown sludge doesn't cause you mental anguish... you are one sick puppy.

Your options;

A. Give him all your stuff and hope he doesn't kill you and rape your wife .

B. Shoot him and wound him (See above how much fun that is going to be, and from my personal first hand experience... you shoot someone in this town they will treat you like you were some kind of a criminal or something).

C. Shoot him dead. You have a witness to back up your story, dead men tell no tales. After that macho display of manliness, you'll probably get "Hero" sex that night that will blow your mind. But no matter what she promises you... do NOT put on that cape and jump off the dresser... I can't tell you how many times I have been embarrassed in front of the EMS guys wearing nothing but SuperMan underwear and a bath towel tied around my neck (review to follow).

I didn't leave the house today... the voices in my head said to stay home and clean the guns... that is all. If you are reading this... you are part of the Resistance!
Tehehehe,, you had me going DJ... Seriously, I don't doubt that would happen in Houston or Texas in general.... lol
Reminded me of his really good April fools prank over on the P in years gone that had just about everybody hooked and thinking... Did DJ really do this???? Naww.... but.... naaa, no way?

True story or a lie depending on who is asking, but I had someone try to mug me with out a weapon. So I asked all nice and polite, do you have a gun or a knife or anything?

They said no, blah blah blah give me your money blah blah...

Getting no-billed by a grand jury worth every penny.
The only thing I may have doen differently....I probably would have pulled the trigger.
Good read

One question. Gold Dots or Hydrashocks? I prefer the Federal loads in my 1911. I hear Golden Sabres are good too but I've never used them.
Hydrashocks
Teri or the hot SW? lol!
So, John, how much did the mugger take you for?
