Relocating

I am wanting to relocate this summer once my youngest goes off to college. I am looking into Florida, perhaps Tampa.

Any information on the area would be greatly appreciated. i.e. what areas to stay away from, or what neighborhoods are good to move into.

Is it a nice place to relocate to, etc.
