This piqued my curiosity, so I went to the Texas Department of State Health Services website and found the Massage Therapy Licensing Program regulations (http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/massage/mt_rules.shtm), which states that if you are 17 or under, you need the written permission of a parent or guardian, so legally you're fine. HOWEVER, some parlors may set their own age limitations, so you're just going to have to call ahead, laddie, and if you still look like you're in high school, be prepared to offer up your driver's license or birth certificate for proof of age if asked.
As for providers and their age restrictions, it's strictly personal preference, usually based on experience. To be straight up, and don't take offense because I'm going to be harsh, many young fellows are disrespectful and try to push the boundaries; are too energetic, bounce back too many times, and/or haven't learned the gentle art of seduction and pound the poor lady to death; are unpredictable and undependable and may not show up for appointments; don't have as much disposable income as their older counterparts and may try to haggle; or just BECAUSE they're young, may think themselves too much of a "God's gift to women" to pay full price.
You are more likely to get an appointment with an escort closer to your own age, sweetie, somewhere between 19-25. I entertain younger fellows on a case-by-case basis, but it's fairly rare for me to see anyone under 30. There have been a few exceptions, the youngest an extremely bright PhD of 22. I have a couple of regulars now in their later 20's who have been calling on me since their mid-20's. A lot is going to depend on how you approach the lady and what you say. If you sound like an overeager kid in a candy store for the first time, you may scare them off. Above all, be polite and precise, do your research and don't ask inappropriate questions, and I suggest in this case you not use the word "ma'am" in your conversation. It will either make them feel old, or coupled with a youthful voice, will have them thinking you're underage. Be prepared to show THEM proof of age, as well.
General Warning: If a young guy calls me "mommy," I'll boot his behind out of my bed so fast and hard that he may need a diaper afterward. Fancy don't do dat fantasy.

& yes, those are all good reasons. That's about as comprehensive as you can get in your reasons, thanks!
all that advice is helpful and very much appreciated!! One more question if i may ask...If looking for a 19-25 year old provider (which is what I am interested in)...How do I make sure they are clean & dd free? Is that just a risk I have to take?
