You can stop pop-ups with the Pop-Up Controller add-on with firefox or chrome. You can kill the ads on the site by using the Adblock Plus add-on.

The pop ups are annoying but it's all the ads at the top of the forums that fuck with me. I can't use eccie on my PC around anyone because there are people fucking and sucking and playing with their self all over the page.
