It does take some effort. I found a lactating lady who had a 1 year old and was still nursing. As the child grew teeth and became painful, I had to fill in and keep the milk flowing. True but you were with a SB, totally different with a civie girl, SB usually aren't around only because they like you. and as you said not a deep personal connection and it wasn't a ABF/ANR, she was fufilling her end of the SB arrangement, nothing wrong with that.
