How do we post pics?

Ok, so if I have a pic of a gal I saw on my PC, how do I post it in the comments or replies. I noticed when I try, it asks for an http address.

Upload to imgur, then use the address from there.

Make sure you have her approval. I think it may be a ban worthy offence if she hasn't posted it elsewhere herself or hasn't given consent.
