Backpage shut down?!?!

Looks like backpage ads have finally been shut down by the government...

Looks like many of the girls just switched to putting their adds in the personals vs the adult section. Shell game....that may be shut down quick or maybe not.

I'm too lazy to read into it; is there a tl;dr of how and why exactly they legally removed it? And does this mean that sites like Eccie, TER, P411 may also be "censored?"
