Why are Rochester and Syracuse so much better than Buffalo?

Both cities are even worse shitholes than Buffalo. Why are all the willing, attractive providers there while Buffalonians are paying $700 to get angry handjobs by entitled and grotesque hoochie mamas?

When home in Buffalo, I strictly sugar now... even though inflation is hitting there too. But at least their attitudes are (usually) better.

The theory has always been that Buffalo's proximity to Canada with its cheap and legal hookers and agencies is the reason.
