How to amend a review

A provider has asked me to revise a recent review based upon mentioning something that has brought her an unwanted request (completely unintended on my part. How do I make her requested amendment? Or even have the review removed.

You wrote it, you own it.
Providers don’t get to decide the contents of reviews.
That’s the problem with ymmv.
