I have a young lady here. Who is trying to register, But it seems no matter how she tries to spell her name and sign up it wont seem to work for her.. It say's "you can not resister multiple accounts at the same time" Can you help us please?

Its looking at your IP address and stopping her from signing up.
In other words - she can't sign up on your computer or router.

Did you sign out first before trying to register a new account? The website might think that you're still logged in.. Otherwise it may be IP related
