Just curious myself Jon, how about old-school adult movie theaters? Or does the TX law only apply to live sex viewing/shows. And thinking about "peep" shows, watching a live show through the glass for whatever amount of time you purchase.There's no Texas state law banning or even regulating porn theaters that I know of. However, cities have ordinances regulating porn theaters. Porn can't be banned because of the First Amendment (I'm simplifying). Live sex shows could be prosecuted as prostitution. Prostitution includes paying someone to have sex, even if the person paying doesn't take part in the sexual conduct.
