Well who saw THIS coming? I'm heartbroken!

x News viewers will likely be seeing far less of Sarah Palin. The network on Wednesday confirmed that it had elected not to renew the former Alaska governor’s contract, which ran out June 1.
Palin will, per Politico’s Mike Allen, still make occasional appearances on the network. She will now also appear on other networks.
Allen reported that Fox executives found Palin to be less relevant than she once was, and also, remarkably, cited the time difference between New York and Alaska as a contributing factor in the decision to dump the Wasilla native.
This isn’t the first time the two have parted ways. In January of 2013, Fox cut ties with her for the first time. By then, the network had already been booking her less frequently, (at one point prompting her to complain on her Facebook page). By June of that same year, however, the network reconsidered, and she was rehired.
“I have great confidence in her and am pleased that she will once again add her commentary to our programming,” Fox News’ Roger Ailes said in the press release at the time. “I hope she continues to speak her mind.”
In a bio on Fox’s Web site, Palin is described as “a contributor for Fox News where she offers her political commentary and analysis across all Fox News platforms, including Fox Business Channel, foxnews.com, and Fox News Radio.”
“She also participates in special event political programming for Fox Broadcasting,” the bio reads.
Palin is also sending SarahPAC folks a 30-minute DVD highlighting her accomplishments. A dramatic trailer for the brag reel is posted on her Web site. It includes the following words: “She’ll go down in history as changing the dynamics of American politics.”
With 4.4 million Facebook fans, Palin remains a popular figure in the party. Her political action committee continues to donate to conservative candidates. She recently congratulated Donald Trump on launching his presidential campaign, which is sort of perfect, really.
