Casinos are amazing for our business for a bunch of reasons. As a hobbiest it gives excuses of where you were for hours, excuses on how you came home with less money, "some crazy lady won some money and just grabbed and hugged everyone for good luck! sorry I Smell like perfume/smoke/have hair on my jacket...", and so on.
For us Ladies it brings more Gents to the area and when a Gent is there for a while they are all jazzed up and exited from oxygen getting pumped in, lights, and sounds. If they win they then want company or go into the "free money to waste" mindset.
It's a win win.

I would think its a bit too late in the game to bring this one trick pony to the Rochester area. Between what the Canadians have, Senecas have already build and the Racinos. The area is probably pretty maxed out for what it can support Casino wise. Now if it was a Casino/Brothel that would be a completely different thing.
