Linkin Park Frontman Chester Bennington Dead at 41

According to the news reports, he took his own life.

So strange as I was listening to the Meteora album the other day. What a great voice!

Hope he finds peace and rests well.

RIP

I listen to these guys literally every day.

I hope he has found somewhere he belongs.

sad.. I was on Ticketmaster yesterday, getting free tickets for a couple of shows (from the Ticketmaster Settlement, where free lawn seats were given for a few local upcoming concerts), and Linkin Park was one of the shows on the Ticketmaster list (August 25).

like Chris Cornell recently, who had a Bomb Factory show scheduled with Soundgarden, when he died.

We didn't find out until after we were just immersed in their new song, "One more light". It's just one of those songs that you always know you'll love when you hear it. Take a listen on your music apps if you can.
I know I will be adding it to a playlist.

Green Day has a lot of those songs as well, the slow song from heavier sounding music stars are usually pretty amazing. One of my favorites is from Xtreme; "More than words".
Sad.....Loved him!
These kind of things always come as a big surprise to the fans. Makes you think about how many of these guys despite major success still have so much going on cause after all they are still just like everyone else. Lucky I got to see them as often as I did.

I loved their new album. I have listened to it several times. Very beautiful. Very deep.

Too bad it was Fred Durst.
