Best night out spot in Memphis?

Hi all! I have a friend coming in from out of town to visit me and she wants to go for a night out of drinks and dancing. I live in a smaller town about 45 minutes west of Memphis, so I thought we might go there, but I’m not really familiar with nightlife. Where’s the best spot for a night out for a couple of ladies?
