There is rumbling that sending unsolicited penis pics will be illegal starting Sept 1. State legislation is helping ladies avoid dick pics.

Lol, then they have the whole problem of establishing that the dick in question does, in fact, belong to the owner of the phone that sent it. What if it's from a corporate owned phone? What if... what if....what if....lmao

The key here is unsolicited. That would mean you sent it to someone who had not asked for it. So for example a classmate in school or a coworker. I doubt there would be any need to prove it was yours, only that it came from your phone. Most likely to get charged someone receiving such pic would need to file a complaint.

I would say probably a law I would support.

That's a good point, dick pics are nearly always unsolicited I would guess. No girl ever requests them.
