can't get access to reviews

now that your up and running again I can't get access to reviews when I log in. Was wondering what I need to do?

There are no "reviews" anymore. There are only "encounter reports". The pre-blackout reviews are no longer available for reading, and probably will never be again. That decision was made by The Powers That Be to minimize their liability given recent legal developments, so all you can do is learn to live with it or die with it on your mind.
