OK, go to the local forum in which the appointment took place.
Select the subforum "Independent Provider Reviews" (or strip club reviews, or agency reviews, etc., as applicable)
Select the "New Review" button
Write and post your review.

There is a sticky thread on writing reviews somewhere.
In the Rest of The Story (ROS) section, write a narrative report on the "event". Start at the beginning, how you set up the session, how you contacted the provider, what her quirks ( if any) were and so on. Describe how the initial encounter unfolded, easy to hook-up or any diffivulties. Move on to your first meeting and how the two of you interacted. And on to the details of the session narrating all those acronyms you typed out on th Activities line of the Review Form. Tell how it ended and how you felt about it.
We want to know if we would want to have a similar experience . . .the details matter.

Another option for Premium Access would be to just pay the money.
