One does have to wonder about Texas justice some times.

This decision has nothing to do with "Texas justice" ... other than the Judge sits in a court in Texas.

There are more than likely similar examples in every State in this nation.

I think Texas leads the country in executions.
if it was what some refer to as "Texas" justice, the kid would have been strung up

this is the opposite of what one might think of as "Texas" justice, although that too is just some liberal's attack on common sense
