Anyone ever get this virus that blocks/freezes your browser and says you have violated Article I, Section 8, Clause 8 of the Criminal Code and must pay a $200 fine? I did and the solution is:
Reboot infected computer in Safe Mode with Networking, open browser to http://download1.emsisoft.com/EmsisoftEmergencyKit.zip.
Extract Zip file and run Emergency Kit Scanner and follow prompts. Will locate and clean infection.
Then reboot as normal.
