Visiting ladies

If I want to post a review on a touring provider visiting Kansas, do I post it in her hometown or the Kansas forum? She is not a regular visitor to Kansas, her first time, and I don't know if she plans on returning. Thanks.

Kansas. Her hometown already knows about her. Since she's now traveling to KS we need to hear about her too.
