Still impressed by Voyager I despite being long-in-the-tooth, battered by space and running out of functional systems.
A real testament to NASA's engineers. It is a real shame that short of New Horizons, we aren't planning on sending anything into deep space any time soon.


Although I've read something a few weeks ago about a proposal to send a probe after Oumuamua, either with a gravity assist off of Jupiter, or by flying to Jupiter and lowering its perihelion down close to the sun so that it can slingshot that way... but honestly I would rather send the proposed probe to Titan than trying to chase what's left of a rather small interstellar rock.
