When someone is so brazen as to gun down an unsuspecting Officer in this manner, you can only ask yourself.....who has emboldened the criminal element to do such things?

Jackie, criminals have been brazen since the dawn of time. It's one of the things that makes them criminals. Cops have been shot in cold blood before this incident and unfortunately they will be after it too. It's the nature of the job and the world we live in.
