Most folks will agree that $40 is the usual HJ tip. I'll go tip+$10 or $20 depending on how much skin she shows and pleasant attitude.

For a legit massage I'll tip $20 - $30 depending on quality.

Ive noticed that they (some) are starting to demand a little more than $40. I was at a spot a while back and the lady wanted $60 but allowed some serious under the clothes hand access so I went with it. I think $40 is sufficient when they won't let you touch any skin.
