premium access stack?

Like if I'm 3-4 weeks in already and post a new review does it stack or do i just start at 6 again?

Yes, it accumulates (stacks).

it adds up and the thing is you have to post a review within 30 days or they won't count it

You can view your Premium Access "expiry date" at any time. Just go to User Control Panel / Paid Subscriptions (even if you didn't pay for it).
