I'm just seeing this now so I apologize for the delay.

Your encounter reports did not automatically make it into the queue for moderation due to a bug in the system. I've manually added them and approved them.

To answer your question: yes, you still earn 6 weeks of Premium Access credit for every approved encounter report.
